- Building a new AI-enabled intelligent transportation practice at Esri Canada, grounded in GeoAI, digital twins, knowledge graphs, and an emerging agentic AI roadmap
- Building AI products of my own after hours, and using them to stay close to where the technology is actually heading
- Writing Rethink Toronto, my Substack on cities, mobility, and the ideas that make urban life better
- Serving on non-profit and community boards, including Youth Employment Services
- Speaking, teaching, and translating complex technology for audiences who aren't in the room where it's built
- Parenting two teenagers, though my son just moved to Waterloo to start a business degree
- Playing plenty of squash and the occasional game of ice hockey
- Strumming my acoustic guitar and singing, sometimes around a campfire
- Travelling to cities across North America for work and for fun, meeting people and seeing how places really work
- Reading widely, listening to more podcasts than I can keep up with, and writing Morning Pages most days to stay in a flow state
